This suite is the only room entering from the second floor balcony overlooking the living room's massive stone fireplace (to provide complete privacy, you can close and lock the door between the balcony and your room). Admire panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, horse pastures and garden ponds (the picture above was taken from the Merrifield's window). The room's soothing white washed cottage furnishings complement the natural random width pine paneled private bath, and the antique oak display cabinet houses just a few of Sue's favorite Santas from her extensive collection.
