• Our Shenandoah Valley bed and breakfast suites include a full, 3-course breakfast.  Vegan, vegetarian, and special diets gladly accommodated with advance notice. Cottage suites do not include breakfast as they have fully-equipped kitchens.
  

• Fox Hill offers non-smoking accommodations (smokers are welcome to do so outside).
  
  

• Our Bed & Breakfast is suitable for mature children age twelve and over. For fun Virginia weekend getaways, our family friendly Cottage Suites are suitable for children of all ages.
  

• Dogs older than 6 months are welcome with advance notice.  Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds.  Please note the specific policies for each room:
  
  Cottage Suites:  All Cottage Suites are pet-friendly; dogs MUST be crated when left unattended in the room and a cell number provided for contact if there is a problem. Barking dogs cannot be left unattended at any time.
  
  B&B Suites:  The Cornwall and Devon are pet-friendly; the Merrifield is not suitable for pets. Dogs cannot be left unattended in any B&B Suite at any time.  We are happy to provide local doggy day care information.
  
  Nightly fee per dog: $15
   
• Check-in from 3 to 7 pm. Check-in after 7 pm gladly accommodated - just let us know ahead of time.
  Check-out by 11 am.

  $20/night in bed & breakfast rooms
  $20/night, age 13 and over, in cottage suites

• We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, VISA, Discover, and Master Card.  Any specials, packages or discounts, if applicable during the visit, requirement payment y cash or check; payments made by credit card will be charged the full nightly rate.

Deposit Policy
Reservations will be confirmed by a deposit equal to one evening's visit; more for extended stays, fall foliage, holidays, or special events. Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after date specified. Guests departing before final date of reservation will be billed for entire length of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits for reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $25 per room processing fee. Deposits for reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival will be refunded less a $25 per room processing fee only if all rooms are rented. No shows and cancellations after 3:00 p.m. on date of arrival will be charged for entire length of reservation.  Guests canceling part of a reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival will be responsible for paying for the entire stay unless we are able to rebook all rooms.
