- Fox Hill offers non-smoking accommodations (smokers are welcome to do so outside)
- Our Bed & Breakfast is suitable for mature children over ten.
The Cottage Suites are suitable for children of all ages.
- Dogs older than 6 months are welcome, with advance notice, in our Cottage Suites and the Cornwall and Devon B&B suites only (the Merrifield is not suitable for pets). PUPPIES under 6 months CANNOT be accommodated. We request that dogs be restricted to guest rooms and outdoors. We also request that dogs are kept off beds and furniture and are crated when left unattended in the room. Please provide a cell phone number so you can be contacted if there is a problem while you are gone.
Nightly fee per dog:
$15/night/dog

Deposit Policy
Reservations will be confirmed by a deposit equal to one evening's visit; more for extended stays, holidays or special events. Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after date specified. Guests departing before final date of reservation will be billed for entire length of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $15 per room processing fee, or the entire deposit can be credited to another visit within six months. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $25 per room processing fee only if all rooms are rented. No shows and cancellations after 3:00 p.m. on date of arrival will be charged for entire length of reservation. |
