• Fox Hill offers non-smoking accommodations (smokers are welcome to do so outside)

• Our Bed & Breakfast is suitable for mature children over ten. The Cottage Suites are suitable for children of all ages.

• Dogs are welcome, with advance notice, in our Cottage Suites and the Cornwall and Devon B&B suites only (the Merrifield and Windsor are not suitable for pets). We request that dogs be restricted to guest rooms and outdoors. We also request dogs left unattended in the room be crated, and a cell phone number provided in case there is a problem.
  Nightly fee per dog:
  $13 - under 30 pounds
  $15 - over 30 pounds.

• Check-in from 3 to 7 pm. Check-in after 7 pm gladly accommodated - just let us know ahead of time.
  Check-out by 11 am.

• Additional person in room:
  $20/night in Bed & Breakfast Rooms
  $20/night, if over 18, in Cottage Suites.

• All rates subject to change without notice.

• We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, VISA, Discover and Master Card.

Deposit Policy
Reservations will be confirmed by a deposit equal to one evening's visit; more for extended stays, holidays or special events. Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after date specified. Guests departing before final date of reservation will be billed for entire length of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $15 per room processing fee, or the entire deposit can be credited to another visit within six months. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $25 per room processing fee only if all rooms are rented. No shows and cancellations after 3:00 p.m. on date of arrival will be charged for entire length of reservation.
